For years now businesses have spent time making sure that their website is inviting, compelling and showcases their value. This WAS the place for people to check out a brand and get a feel for the company. The goal of the website was to create a compelling enough homepage that would make people explore further and ultimately convert them into customers. Times have changed! Now, the generation with the largest buying power, Millennials, no longer go to a website as their first look into a company or brand. Their first search is on Instagram, the “new website homepage”. It is becoming more important to create a compelling Instagram feed to drive followers, awareness and sales. Now, more than ever, it is important for a company to have an inviting, compelling, well curated Instagram page. A brand’s Instagram page should reflect the aesthetic and vibe of the company. It is the modern search engine, resulting in beautiful, well curated photos. Getting likes, comments and growing the follower base on Instagram becomes the seal of approval. The Instagram feed is the chance to show visitors who you are, inspire them to follow your account and turn them into customers!

Janice has many passions, including photography, brand marketing, strategizing, social media. She recognizes that the world is changing and Instagram is becoming the new website homepage. Janice realized there was an opportunity to combine many of her passions and help companies showcase and enhance their brand through social media platforms, particularly Instagram. 2017 ``power in the words of women`` campaign involvement
Janice was honored to be one of the ten women chosen to represent the Power in the Words of Women Campaign in the Eileen Fisher Wellesley store. Her “Power Word” was Education since education is what has enabled her to pursue different career paths that embrace her interests and passions.
